About the project

Scope of Work The lighting design shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Develop a complete lighting layout for all interior and exterior areas of the villa. Determine the optimal location of every lighting fixture based on: Interior layout Ceiling design Furniture arrangement Architectural elements Room functions Select the appropriate lighting fixture type for each area, including but not limited to: Downlights Spotlights Linear lighting Cove lighting Wall lights Pendant lights Chandeliers Stair lighting Landscape lighting Façade lighting Pathway lighting Under-cabinet lighting Specify for every fixture: Type Dimensions Finish and color Wattage Lumen output Beam angle Color temperature (Kelvin) CRI (Color Rendering Index) IP rating (where applicable) Create a balanced lighting concept incorporating: Ambient Lighting Task Lighting Accent Lighting Decorative Lighting Highlight key architectural features, including: Villa façade Main entrance Double-height spaces Staircase Corridors Living rooms Majlis Dining area Bedrooms Walk-in closets Bathrooms Kitchen Gypsum ceilings Feature walls Landscape and garden Outdoor seating areas Swimming pool (if applicable) Design the exterior lighting to enhance the villa's architectural identity during nighttime while maintaining visual comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. Utilize high-quality LED lighting solutions with long operational life and optimized energy consumption. Design the lighting control system, including zoning and switching strategy, with recommendations for Smart Home integration and programmable lighting scenes such as: Daily Living Guest Mode Evening Mode Entertainment Night Mode Landscape Mode Provide a complete Lighting Fixture Schedule including: Fixture reference Manufacturer Model number Quantity Dimensions Wattage Lumens Color temperature CRI Beam angle Installation details Deliver fully coordinated construction drawings showing: Lighting layout Switching and circuiting Fixture numbering Control zoning Mounting details Coordination with reflected ceiling plans (RCP) Where appropriate, perform lighting calculations and simulations to verify: Illuminance levels (Lux) Uniformity Visual comfort Compliance with international lighting standards. Deliverables The final submission should include: Concept Lighting Design Lighting Layout Plans Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) Exterior Lighting Plans Lighting Control & Switching Plans Lighting Fixture Schedule Lighting Calculations 3D Lighting Visualization / Night Rendering (preferred) Material and Product Specifications Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
