About the project
I have a residential project that requires both precise 2D documentation in AutoCAD and polished 3D visualization in SketchUp. The scope covers three key areas of the home—living room, kitchen, and bedroom— all to be developed in a clean, modern style. Here’s what I need: • AutoCAD files with fully dimensioned floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and furniture layouts for each room. • Coordinated SketchUp models that translate those plans into accurate, textured 3D spaces suitable for quick client walkthroughs and still-frame renders. • Source files delivered in their native formats (.dwg and .skp) so I can make minor updates later if needed. Model geometry must be organized by layers/tags that match the CAD layers, and all materials should be named logically. I’ll supply rough measurements, inspiration images, and a short finishes schedule as soon as we start. Please keep file sizes manageable and ensure that lighting in the SketchUp scenes reflects realistic daylight for a modern interior. Final acceptance will be based on: 1. Consistency between CAD drawings and 3D models. 2. Accurate dimensions matching the provided survey. 3. Clean, editable files with no missing textures or proxy components.
