About the project
I am updating a residential bathroom and need photorealistic 3D interior images that capture a clean, modern aesthetic. The final visuals should clearly communicate finishes, lighting, and layout so contractors and clients can see exactly how the space will look before work begins. Here is what I expect: • 2-3 high-resolution still renders from complimentary angles • Accurate materials, fixtures, and lighting consistent with contemporary design trends • Source file (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) so small revisions are possible if measurements change • Final images delivered in both PNG/JPG and layered PSD formats I will supply floor plans, reference photos, and my preferred fixture list as soon as the project kicks off. Please let me know your typical turnaround time for first drafts and any software you prefer so I can coordinate file compatibility.
