About the project
This project is the practical core of my Master’s thesis at the University of Zaragoza. I need to capture a single property in two complementary ways: a conventional media package and an immersive augmented-reality experience, both tied together in one cohesive prototype. Conventional media package • A set of high-resolution photographs that showcase every room and key façade elements. • A short descriptive video (≈2 min, 1080p) that follows a logical walkthrough of the space and includes ambient sound. Immersive AR experience The critical success factor is a 3D model that visitors can explore on-site or remotely through Augmented Reality. Unity with AR Foundation is my chosen toolchain, so scene setup, interaction scripts, and deployment targets (Android/iOS) must be delivered in that environment. I only need a basic yet clean model: correct proportions, clear segmentation of rooms, essential furniture blocks, and materials that read well in AR lighting—no photorealistic texturing required. Marker-based or surface-tracking setup is acceptable, as long as users can move, rotate, and scale the model intuitively. Deliverables 1. Folder of edited photographs (JPG, minimum 3000 px wide). 2. Final video file plus project file (MP4 + Premiere/DaVinci/FCP project). 3. Unity project with: – FBX/GLB model of the property in correct scale – AR Foundation scene ready for build – Basic UI instructions for placement and navigation 4. Short README explaining build steps and any required packages. Acceptance criteria • Unity scene compiles without errors on Unity 2022 LTS. • AR placement is stable on both ARCore and ARKit test devices. • Photographs and video meet the stated resolutions and provide full spatial coverage.
