About the project
I need a complete architectural concept for a set of modular, 4-bedroom hospitality cottages. The look must be unmistakably modern, finished with clean lines, generous glazing and a flat roof that keeps the profile sleek while simplifying prefab production. Each unit should flow from an airy interior out to a comfortable outdoor seating area, as this is the one amenity I have defined as essential for guest appeal. The plans will ultimately guide a prefab manufacturer, so I’m counting on you to think in modules, standard panel sizes and efficient structural grids. A practical furniture layout that illustrates four equal en-suite bedrooms, an open living-dining core and seamless circulation to the exterior space will help investors visualise the concept.
