3D Design: 14 Workshop Units
CAD 30–250
About the project
I need a full 3-dimensional concept for a commercial building that is broken into 14 identical units, each intended for fabrication/workshop activity. The model should make the division crystal-clear while still showing how the entire structure reads as one cohesive facility. Scope • External massing, façade treatment, roof profile and all main access points (pedestrian, vehicle, loading). • Internal layout for every unit—clear span workspace, provision for small office/amenities, and realistic circulation paths. • Shared services such as corridors, washrooms, fire escapes and any central plant rooms. • Basic parking and site context so the renders do not float in space. Deliverables 1. Native model file (Revit, SketchUp, or similar) plus exchange formats (.DWG or .FBX). 2. Four to six high-resolution still renders (street view, aerial, and at least one interior). 3. A single-page key plan that labels each of the 14 equal units with dimensions. Acceptance Criteria • Every unit carries identical footprint and height. • Layout supports light industrial/fabrication workflows—wide doors, ventilation allowance, realistic ceiling height. • File opens error-free in the stated software and all textures/linked assets are included. I am happy to clarify dimensions or local code constraints once we engage, but for now please quote on the concept model and visuals as outlined.
