About the project

I’m redesigning our company’s office and need a skilled interior designer or architect who can make the space feel unmistakably “us.” The project is strictly commercial—an office environment—and the foremost objective is to reflect our brand identity in every corner, from the reception desk to the breakout areas. Here’s what I’m looking for: • A cohesive design concept that translates our visual identity, values, and culture into spatial elements (colors, finishes, graphics, furniture, lighting). • Scaled floor plans and layout alternatives that optimize workflow while showcasing the brand. • Mood boards, material palettes, and furnishings selections ready for procurement. • High-quality 3D renders or walkthroughs so stakeholders can sign off confidently. • Construction-ready drawings and specifications in AutoCAD or Revit, plus any SketchUp/3ds Max files you use. • A brief guideline document so future expansions stay on-brand. I will provide brand guidelines, current floor plans, and photos the moment we kick off. Close collaboration is key—expect quick feedback loops via video calls or chat.
