About the project
I need a concept design for a modern two-storey villa (ground + 1) produced entirely in Autodesk Revit. I will share the site plan, setback rules, a reference project, and a detailed list of required rooms; you can assume the spatial programme is already fixed. What I am looking for is a clean, contemporary solution that also makes the most of the plot by integrating a landscaped garden and an outdoor seating / BBQ zone. Key deliverables • Complete 2D architectural drawings generated from Revit (plans only) • A fully editable Revit 3D model (.rvt) showing all architectural elements, levels, and views • Presentation package: print-ready PDFs of the plans plus a set of high-resolution 3D views suitable for client review.
