About the project

I have a newly built guest house that still feels like an empty shell. The aim of this project is to craft a coherent, minimalist interior that welcomes travelers while remaining easy to maintain and cost-efficient to run. Scope of work • Translate the overall minimalist concept into room-by-room mood boards, color palettes, and material selections. • Develop space-planning layouts that maximise natural light and circulation for each guest room, reception, shared lounge, and service areas. • Produce detailed 3D visualisations (static renders or walkthrough) so I can review furniture placement, lighting, and finishes before construction begins. • Prepare technical drawings or annotated plans for my contractor: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical / lighting points, and a concise FF&E schedule. • Provide a final specification pack with exact paint codes, fixture references, and furniture dimensions so everything can be sourced from China without confusion. Acceptance criteria The deliverables should: 1. Clearly embody a minimalist aesthetic—clean lines, restrained colour palette, clutter-free layouts. 2. Stay consistent across all spaces so guests experience a unified design language. 3. Be presented in formats my builder and suppliers can use immediately (PDF or DWG for drawings, high-resolution JPEG/PNG for renders). I can supply architectural drawings and sample photos as soon as we start, and I am available for quick feedback rounds to keep the project moving smoothly.
