I’m refreshing the living room of my 2 BHK flat and want a clean, contemporary feel that fits the “Modern” aesthetic—think sleek lines, neutral foundations, and a couple of bold accents that make the space feel larger than it is. The rest of the apartment will follow later, so for now all creative energy should be channelled into this single room. Because I plan to order furniture and finishes immediately, speed matters; I’d like the full design package on my desk as soon as realistically possible without cutting corners. Here’s what I need from you: • A concept mood board capturing colour palette, textures, and key furniture silhouettes • Scaled space plan with precise furniture placement to maximise flow in a compact footprint • 3D visualisations or photorealistic renders that let me “walk through” the proposal before committing • Detailed material and furniture specification sheet—including purchase links or codes available locally • Lighting layout that layers ambient, task, and accent sources for warmth and function • Simple installation notes so my contractor can execute without ambiguity I generally work with SketchUp and AutoCAD files, but layered PDFs are fine if that’s your tool of choice. Share intermediate drafts the moment they’re presentable so we can iterate quickly; fast feedback cycles will help us hit the tight deadline.
