About the project
I am ready to break ground on a brand-new single-family residence and need a skilled architect to turn my vision into a full set of construction-ready documents. The look I’m after is unmistakably traditional—balanced proportions, pitched roofs, welcoming porches, and the kind of detailing that never feels dated. Here is what I expect: • Early-stage concept sketches that capture room relationships, façade rhythm, and overall massing. • Fully developed floor plans, roof plan, elevations, and building sections prepared for permit submission. • A coordinated site plan showing setbacks, driveway, and any required grading notes. • 3D exterior views (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) so I can review materials, colors, and scale before final sign-off. • All files delivered in both editable (DWG/RVT) and print-ready PDF formats. My lot dimensions, local code notes, and a rough wish-list of spaces are ready to share the moment we start. If your background includes crafting traditional homes and you’re comfortable guiding me through the municipal approval process, I’d love to see samples of similar work and hear how you’d structure milestones from concept to final drawings.
