About the project
I have the full set of field-verified measurements ready and now need a complete package of construction drawings for a traditional-style balcony. The structure will be built primarily from square metal profiles as well as U and H sections, with the visible railings in stainless steel. The focus is strictly on precise 2D fabrication and installation drawings—no 3D renderings are required. I am looking for highly detailed documentation that a workshop can take straight to production and installers can follow on site. Deliverables • General plan, elevation and section views showing all members and connections • Large-scale details of posts, horizontal members, railing fixings and any welds or bolt patterns • Full dimensioning and tolerances, tagged to match a bill of materials • Material call-outs specifying section sizes, wall thicknesses, grades and stainless finish for the rails • A concise bill of materials with cut lengths, quantities and any hardware or fasteners Acceptance criteria Drawings must be clean, to scale, and provided in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG or DXF). Every component shown must carry a reference that links back to the BOM. No missing dimensions—if it has to be cut, drilled or welded, the size and location need to be on the sheet. I’ll supply the site measurements and any additional notes as soon as we start so you can dive straight into drafting.
