Residential Landscaping Permit Drawings

About the project

I’m finalising a permit application for a single-family home and need a set of exterior landscaping drawings that the city will accept without questions. The focus is entirely on the yard—planting layout, hard-scapes, grading and drainage, lighting runs, and any small structures such as the pergola and retaining walls. No interior or façade work is required at this stage. My plot is located on a a very complex location that’s why a lot of detail will be required. Past applications have been refused as the plot is located on a green belt area. However I want to make a new application which is reduced in harm to nature and the environment and convenient to build. My plot also doesn’t have an open access point and will require an application for entrance as well. More information can be provided upon agreement. I already have rough sketches, photos, and the survey in PDF/DWG. Your task is to translate these into clean, to-scale sheets that meet local submission standards. You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp + Layout, or another professional CAD package as long as the final PDFs look polished and include a graphic scale, north arrow, key notes, and title block with my project data. I will need a 3D video of the plan and execution of the project. Deliverables (all metric, A1 size unless we discuss otherwise): • Full-size PDF set ready to print and submit • Layered CAD file (DWG or RVT) for my records • One round of minor revisions included so we can satisfy any quick comments from planning Please let me know your estimated turnaround time and a quick sample of similar residential landscape permit sheets you have completed.
