About the project

My company is growing in Vijayawada and I now need help on three parallel fronts—market outreach, financial reporting, and the look-and-feel of our new office. Marketing I want a partner who can push our brand both on the ground and online across the Vijayawada region. On the offline side this means approaching nearby corporates, nurturing relationships, and converting those conversations into qualified leads. Digitally, the focus is on solid search-engine optimisation and well-crafted email campaigns that keep prospects engaged. If you already work comfortably with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console or a preferred email platform, tell me how you will fold them into the plan and how you will measure results. Accounting A qualified accountant is essential to keep the books clean as the marketing effort scales. Monthly financial statements, compliance, cash-flow oversight and straightforward reporting are the core expectations. Familiarity with GST filings and popular Indian accounting suites (Tally, Zoho Books or similar) will be a plus. Interior Design We have an empty workspace that needs to be transformed into a sleek, corporate-style office. Help me develop a layout, select materials and finishes, and coordinate with local vendors so the space feels professional while remaining functional for a growing team. Key Deliverables • 3-month marketing roadmap covering offline outreach, SEO targets and email cadence • Lead-generation report with conversion metrics updated weekly • Monthly P&L, balance sheet and GST compliance pack • Office concept boards, 2D/3D visuals and a finalized materials list ready for contractors If you can cover more than one of these areas, great—let me know.
