About the project

I’m refreshing three key areas of my home—the living room, bedroom and kitchen—and I want them to share a refined, classic feel that still functions for everyday life. You’ll start with the measurements and photos I’ll provide, then translate my vision into a full interior design package that harmonises colour, furniture, lighting and finishes from room to room. A polished presentation that lets me visualise the end result is essential, so feel free to work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max or comparable software—whatever you’re most comfortable with, as long as the exported files remain editable and the final renders are high-resolution. Deliverables I expect • Mood board and colour palette for each room • Scaled floor plans with furniture layout • At least two photorealistic 3D renders per room • A concise shopping list (furniture, fixtures, materials) noting sizes and sources • Source files of all drawings and models Everything should clearly reflect a timeless, classic style: think balanced symmetry, elegant mouldings, rich yet neutral tones and quality materials that age gracefully. Once I receive the full package, I’ll review for cohesion across the three spaces and request any small tweaks before sign-off. Looking forward to seeing how you bring this classic concept to life.
