About the project
I have an existing CAD model that must be updated before it reaches production. The job covers three fronts at once: structural alterations, cosmetic refinements, and a set of precise dimension changes that bring the part in line with our latest specifications. When the dust settles, I need a file that’s ready for manufacturing in plastic, so please apply best-practice draft angles, wall-thickness guidelines, and any other plastic-specific design considerations. Deliverables • Updated 3D model in the original native format plus a neutral STEP file • Quick 2D drawing or annotation set highlighting every dimension you modified • Confirmation that the model opens error-free and reflects all requested structural, cosmetic, and measurement revisions If you have experience preparing files for plastic tooling and you can turn the revisions around efficiently, let’s get started.
