About the project
We are currently looking for a production-ready Linux-based Industrial Controller Board that can be customized according to our requirements. We are not looking for a new hardware design from scratch. Our preference is to acquire an existing, proven, and production-tested design along with complete design files and source code. This approach will significantly reduce the development timeline, minimize technical risks, and accelerate product commercialization. Our Requirement If you already have a Linux-based Industrial Controller Board, we would like to evaluate it for our application. The existing design should be customizable to meet our functional and hardware requirements while allowing us to retain complete ownership of the final customized design. Preferred Processor Platforms The controller may be based on any industrial Linux-capable processor, including but not limited to: Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5) NXP i.MX Series TI Sitara Series STM32MP1 Series Rockchip RK3568 / RK3588 Any other industrial ARM-based Linux processor Minimum Hardware Requirements The controller should preferably support the following interfaces: Processing Industrial ARM Processor Quad-Core CPU or higher Minimum 2 GB RAM eMMC Storage Micro SD Card Support Communication Dual Gigabit Ethernet LTE/4G Module Interface USB 2.0 / USB 3.0 RS232 RS485 CAN Bus Multimedia HDMI Output (Preferred) Audio Input Audio Output I/O GPIO Digital Inputs Digital Outputs Relay Outputs Expansion M.2 or Mini PCIe Slot RTC Hardware Watchdog Secure Boot (Preferred) Required Software Deliverables The complete software package should include: Linux BSP (Board Support Package) Bootloader Source Code Linux Kernel Source Code Device Tree Source (DTS) Driver Source Code Firmware Source Code Build Environment Compilation Instructions Technical Documentation Required Hardware Deliverables The complete hardware package should include: Circuit Schematics PCB Layout Files Gerber Files Bill of Materials (BOM) Pick & Place Files Assembly Drawings PCB 3D Files (STEP) Manufacturing Files
