About the project

I’m fitting out a brand-new office and want every corner to embody a clean, modern aesthetic. The space includes an open workspace, several private offices, a few conference rooms and a small cafeteria, and I’d like a cohesive look that instantly feels fresh and visually appealing when someone walks in. Here’s what I need from you: • A concept board that defines the overall modern theme—colour palette, materials and key furniture suggestions. • Scaled floor plans showing traffic flow and optimal furniture placement for the open area, offices, conference rooms and cafeteria. • 3D renderings or walkthroughs that help me (and stakeholders) visualise the finished environment before we commit to purchases. • A concise specification list of finishes, fixtures, lighting and furnishings, including ordering sources or equivalents available locally. Acceptance criteria • Every deliverable must align with the agreed modern concept. • Layouts should comply with standard office ergonomics and circulation clearances. • Renders must accurately represent materials and lighting so I can sign off without surprises. I’m happy to answer any questions about existing dimensions, brand guidelines or technical constraints, and I can share CAD files or rough sketches to speed things up.
