About the project

I’m preparing to develop a new residential property and need an architect who can take the project from early concept through polished presentation. Your role will cover full design and planning—defining the layout, massing, and material palette—followed by high-quality 3D renderings that help me visualise every room and façade before permits are submitted. I already have a clear brief for size, style, and rough budget; what’s missing is a professional set of drawings and visuals produced with industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Accuracy and buildability matter just as much as aesthetics, so I’m looking for someone who balances creativity with technical rigour. Deliverables • Complete architectural drawing set (schematic plans, elevations, sections, and site layout) in CAD and printable PDF formats • Photorealistic still renderings of all key interior and exterior views, plus the native 3D model for future revisions Acceptance criteria The drawings must be ready for engineering coordination and local approval, while each rendering should clearly depict chosen materials, lighting, and landscaping at a resolution suitable for both digital and large-format print. I’ll review progress at two milestones: first-round schematic design and finalised rendering package.
