About the project
I’m furnishing my 1,800 sq ft condo in Boca Raton and want a cohesive modern look that carries through the living room, all bedrooms and the kitchen. Wood-based pieces are the priority—clean-lined tables, streamlined storage, sleek bed frames—complemented by finishes and textiles that keep the space warm and inviting rather than stark. You’ll receive accurate measurements, photos and HOA guidelines from me on day one; your task is to translate them into a complete design package I can implement locally. That means colour palettes, room layouts, realistic visuals and a shoppable list of furniture and accessories that are readily available in the United States. Deliverables: • Mood board and colour scheme for each room • Scaled floor plans with furniture placement • 3D visualisations or detailed sketches to illustrate flow • Itemised sourcing sheet (wood-focused furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories) with links, prices and lead times • One revision cycle after the initial presentation Selections must ship to South Florida without excessive lead times, and the overall style must stay consistently modern. Experience working with Florida-based installers or offering quick alternates for out-of-stock items is a plus. I’d like to review first concepts within two weeks of commissioning the project.
