About the project
I need a complete 3-dimensional concept for an office that will follow a clean, modern aesthetic throughout. The space must read as one cohesive environment, yet each key zone should shine on its own: • False ceiling details that bring subtle drama without overpowering the room. • An efficient workstation layout that balances openness and privacy. • A refined MD room that feels executive yet approachable. High-quality, photorealistic renders are the priority. Source files in the native software you use (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) plus exportable formats for quick viewing will round out the hand-off. All dimensions must match the actual floor plan, and lighting should be shown both day and night so I can evaluate ambience. I’ll review a first draft for layout approval, then one round of refinements before you produce the final visuals.
