I’m giving my living room, bedroom, and kitchen a full refresh and want all three spaces to flow together in a clean, modern style. Sleek lines, thoughtful lighting, and a balanced use of texture and color are priorities; I’d like each room to feel contemporary yet comfortable for everyday use. What I need from you: • Concept development with a cohesive mood board that ties the three rooms together • Scaled floor plans showing furniture placement and traffic flow • 3D visualizations or high-quality renderings so I can see how the final result will look before anything is purchased • A detailed sourcing list for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor (retail links or specifications are fine) • Basic lighting plan recommendations that complement the modern aesthetic Files should be delivered in common formats (PDF for plans, JPEG/PNG for renders, plus native files if possible). Clear labeling and measurements are important—I’ll be sharing the package with my contractor right away. If you have a streamlined process that keeps revisions quick and painless, even better.
