Unreal Residential Real Estate Interactivity
INR 12500–37500
About the project
I’m launching a marketing-focused digital showcase for a new residential development and need the entire experience built in Unreal Engine. The goal is to let prospects explore the property as if they were on-site, giving our sales team a powerful tool that closes deals faster and for higher value. Here’s what I need the finished product to do: • Virtual Tours – a smooth, cinematic path that a user can either watch passively or interrupt at any moment to start free-roaming. • Interactive Floor Plans – clickable floor-plan overlays that instantly teleport the viewer into the selected room while highlighting dimensions and key finishes. • 3D Model Walkthroughs – full first-person navigation through every interior and exterior space, complete with day/night lighting switches to show ambience. Please build with best practices for performance and visual fidelity: Lumen or baked lighting where appropriate, Nanite optimization for high-poly assets, clean Blueprint organization, and clearly named assets so my internal team can update materials later. I’ll also need a simple UI menu that lets our agents jump between scenes and trigger feature call-outs (kitchen appliances, smart-home controls, etc.). Deliverables • Packaged desktop build (.exe) ready for immediate use at sales events • Source Unreal project folder with all assets, Blueprints, and documentation • Short user guide that explains how to add or replace textures, swap model variations, and repackage Acceptance criteria • Smooth playback at 60 fps on a mid-range RTX-level laptop • No missing textures, lighting artifacts, or collision glitches • All interactive elements function exactly as described above If you have examples of similar residential visualizations built in Unreal, include a link so I can see your style. Looking forward to collaborating.
