About the project

I have a set of high-resolution JPEG/PNG floor plans for a single-family house and I need them translated into photorealistic interior visuals. Accuracy is non-negotiable: every wall, opening, and built-in element must line up with the drawings, and the renders should feel true to life in lighting, materials, and small-scale detailing. Any AI-driven pipeline is fine as long as the final images look camera-ready and remain faithful to the provided plans. If you have a hybrid workflow that moves from AI generation into Blender, 3ds Max, or similar for clean-up and polishing, that is welcome; the end result simply has to be flawless to the eye. Deliverables (for this first house) • 4K JPEG renders: at least one wide and one focal view for every main room plus an overall circulation shot • A short write-up of the AI workflow and any post-processing steps so I can keep the project archive complete Acceptance criteria • Dimensions, door swings, window positions, ceiling heights, and built-ins match the supplied drawings exactly • No perspective, proportion, or material mapping errors on close inspection • Realistic global illumination and believable material textures without visible AI artefacts If the quality meets the bar, I have nine more houses waiting in the pipeline.
