About the project

Soon I will have a complete set of plans and elevations ready for you to turn into convincing, intermediate-detail 3D visuals. The project covers the kitchen, scullery, laundry and mudroom, with the kitchen taking top priority. What I need are textured, colour-accurate renders that stay true to a transitional style—think balanced lines, subtle shaker influences and a warm yet contemporary palette. I do not need photorealistic lighting studies, but I do expect believable materials, proper cabinetry profiles, hardware, benchtop finishes and any appliances shown in the drawings. Deliverables • Clean, well-organised 3D model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or a comparable package) • High-resolution stills of the kitchen from at least three angles, plus one hero view each for the scullery, laundry and mudroom • A brief material schedule so I can reference the exact textures and colours you applied Acceptance criteria • Layouts must match the supplied plans and elevations exactly • All finishes rendered clearly enough for my client to approve colours and door styles • Final images supplied in PNG or JPG at 3000 px on the long side If this matches your workflow, let’s talk timing and any clarifications you need before you dive in.
