About the project
I need a fully detailed 3D model of a complex mechanical assembly created in SolidWorks that is ready for manufacturing. This is not just for visualization—I will be sending the files straight to our fabrication partners, so every mate, tolerance, and material call-out has to be spot on. Native SolidWorks files are mandatory, and STEP/IGES exports plus a basic 2-D drawing pack will round out the hand-off. Please tell me about the assemblies you have already taken from screen to shop floor: the size, part count, and any machining or fabrication challenges you solved. The sharper your manufacturing-oriented experience, the faster we can move. When I open your file, I expect: • A clean feature tree with logical folders • Fully constrained mates—no under-defined parts • Correct units, materials, and custom properties filled in • No rebuild errors or unresolved references Once we agree on the scope, I will provide sketches, overall envelope limits, and interface points so you can get rolling immediately.
