About the project
I need detailed 3-dimensional architectural drawings for a residential building and I need them as soon as possible. The model will guide both design decisions and contractor bids, so accuracy in scale, materials and layout is critical. I will supply my hand-sketched floor plans, room dimensions and reference photos the moment we start. From there, I’m looking for a clean, fully textured 3D model (Revit, SketchUp, or comparable software is fine) along with high-resolution still renders that illustrate the exterior massing and key interior spaces. Deliverables • Native 3D model file • Four exterior renders (daytime) • Two interior viewpoint renders • PDF sheets with basic dimensions and notes Acceptance criteria • Dimensions match the sketches within 2 cm tolerance • All rooms, doors and windows represented in their correct positions • Final files delivered within the agreed deadline—speed is essential as the project is marked “ASAP” If you have a quick turnaround workflow for residential architecture and can start right away, I’d love to review your portfolio and lock in the timeline.
