3D CFD Analysis for SBR Air-Control Valve
INR 12500–37500
About the project
I am looking for an experienced CFD engineer to perform a 3D CFD analysis for an SBR air-control valve replacement system. The proposed arrangement consists of: DN500 to DN300 reducer DN300 iris diaphragm control valve DN300 to DN500 expander Upstream and downstream straight pipe sections Required CFD scope: Develop a complete 3D CFD model of the proposed piping and valve arrangement. Simulate three operating conditions: 9,000, 12,000 and 14,000 Nm³/h per SBR. Analyse relevant valve-opening positions, including minimum operating opening, normal control position and fully open condition. Provide pressure, velocity, temperature and density contours. Calculate pressure losses across the reducer, valve, expander and complete assembly. Identify flow separation, recirculation, turbulence, high-velocity regions and uneven flow distribution. Evaluate downstream flow uniformity and required straight-pipe length. Assess potential noise, vibration, erosion and unstable valve performance. Compare the CFD results with the existing DN500 butterfly-valve arrangement and hydraulic calculations. Provide recommendations for reducer/expander geometry and piping arrangement if required. Submit a professional CFD report with contours, section profiles, tabulated results and editable CFD simulation files. Relevant piping drawings, valve information and project documents will be provided to the selected freelancer. Please submit your quotation, estimated completion time and examples of similar CFD work.
