Specialist in Off-World Graphene Applications
CAD 375–750
About the project
We're seeking an expert in space environment effects, electrodynamics, and systems engineering to collaborate on translating aperiodic structural frameworks into solid-state lattices for off-world applications. Key Focus Areas: - Radiation Shielding & Electronic Durability: Evaluating moiré-engineered graphene structures against cosmic radiation and particle bombardment for deep-space electronics. - Thermal & Mechanical Resilience: Leveraging graphene’s strength-to-weight ratio and thermal management for off-world habitat skins and structural applications. Core Deliverables: 1. A parameterized simulation script/pipeline modeling twisted bilayer/multilayer graphene band structures and interlayer coupling (compatible with our modular architecture). 2. Quantitative performance analysis covering electronic bandgap tunability, charge transport, and mechanical strain distribution under simulated off-world environmental stressors.
