I am looking for professional Mechanical CAD, Plastic Product Design and Injection Mold Design projects. I have 10+ years of practical industry experience in Mechanical Design, Plastic Product Development, Injection Mould Design, Tool Room and Manufacturing. My expertise includes: - Plastic Product Design & Development - Injection Mold Design - Automotive Plastic Parts & Trim Design - Core & Cavity Design - Parting Line & Parting Surface - Slider, Lifter & Undercut Solutions - Ejection System Design - Cooling & Hot Runner Design - DFM / Moldability Analysis - 2D Manufacturing Drawings - 3D CAD Modeling & Assembly - Tooling & Manufacturing Support Software: Siemens NX, CATIA V5, SolidWorks and AutoCAD. I am highly experienced with Siemens NX and can provide professional 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing-ready designs. I can work with STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL and other standard CAD formats as required. I am looking for both short-term and long-term projects and can provide reliable, accurate and manufacturing-focused design solutions.
