About the project

I’m creating a blunt “coronel” that slips over the end of a 28mm diameter jousting lance and takes every impact. The tip must be printed from synthetic rubber for a good balance of softness, durability, and easy mass-production. Once we start I’ll share the shaft diameter and target length; from there I need you to shape a rounded, slightly tapered cap that can’t be pulled off during vigorous play. For pigment I’m flexible—red, blue, or green all work, so choose whichever mixes cleanly with your preferred rubber compound. Must be in bright orange Deliverables • 3D CAD model (.STL and .STEP) with all key dimensions called out • Production drawing specifying synthetic rubber grade and target Shore A hardness • Short manufacturing note covering mold type, cycle time, and child-safe finishing details • One physical prototype (or a clear plan for local molding) for fit and impact testing Acceptance criteria • Stays attached under moderate strikes without adhesive
 • No sharp edges or flash; overall length within the limits we agree on
 • No small detachable parts that could fail a standard choke-tube test I’m ready to move ahead as soon as you can confirm your timeline from design to prototype.
