About the project
I have a compact studio and a separate one-bedroom apartment that both need a full interior concept built around a refined mix of neo-classic detailing and clean minimalist lines. The scope covers every major space—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—and I want each area to flow together visually while still serving its own purpose. For the living rooms the mood must feel calm and inviting for family relaxation, whereas the bedrooms should remain serene yet slightly luxurious, and the kitchens need to stay uncluttered and functional without losing the classic touch. I’m expecting scaled drawings, mood and material boards, furniture layouts, and photorealistic 3D renders so I can hand the entire package straight to my contractor. Native files in AutoCAD or Revit along with SketchUp or 3ds Max models will make revisions easier, but final PDFs and high-resolution JPEGs are fine for presentation. Because timing is critical, please be ready to start immediately and deliver the first draft layout and style board within the week, with final drawings and renders to follow soon after once feedback is incorporated. I’ll sign off when floor plans are precise, the furniture list matches the agreed style, and the renderings accurately reflect proposed materials and lighting.
