No interior or exterior brick walls have been built yet. * Grid Spacing (Center-to-Center): * Width (3 bays): Left-to-Middle = 14 ft | Middle-to-Right = 18 ft * Depth (4 bays): 14 ft | 13 ft | 10.5 ft | 10.2 ft * Layout Requirements * Living and Foyer: Open-concept Great Room utilizing the wide 18 ft bay for an uninterrupted, expansive view from the main entrance. * Kitchen and Utility: Modern open modular kitchen featuring a central island breakfast counter, paired with a hidden attached utility/wash area. * Master Suite: Luxurious, spacious layout with a dedicated walk-in wardrobe and a 4-fixture attached bathroom (double vanity, rain shower area, wall-hung WC). * Additional Bedrooms: Comfortable sizes with en-suite attached bathrooms. * Pooja Space: Elegant, Vastu-compliant niche or room integrated seamlessly into the living area using wooden slats or glass partitions rather than solid walls. * Design and Technical Preferences * Pillar Concealment: All 15 existing columns must be seamlessly hidden inside interior wall partitions, wardrobes, or entertainment paneling so no exposed pillars stick out into living areas. * Aesthetics: Clean, modern luxury aesthetic featuring large glass windows, concealed warm lighting, false ceiling zoning, and premium stone or wood textures. * Vastu Compliance: Core elements (Entrance, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Pooja) must align with fundamental Vastu principles. * Expected Deliverables * 2D Detailed Architectural Floor Plan (with precise pillar-to-wall alignment and dimensions) * Furniture, Plumbing, and Electrical Layout Plans * High-Resolution 3D Interior and Exterior Rendering Views * Editable Source Files (.DWG CAD file and 3D file)
