About the project
I'm looking for a detailed structural drawing for a small wooden dwelling with an attached covered deck. Attached drawing is the layout the customer prefers. The 3d rendering gives N idea of what they are looking for in terms of aesthetics. We want to accomplish a post and beam rustic look, but do not want a post and beam structure. We will use conventional framing to build this out. We are located in South Carolina . The drawing should include: - Foundation plan - Framing plan - Roofing structure Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in creating structural drawings - Experience with wood construction - Knowledge of building codes and regulations
