The drawing must cover the entire parcel of a new fuel station and be delivered as both a signed-and-sealed PDF plus the original CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar). Scope of the plan • Exact underground fuel-tank placement with required setbacks • Dispenser islands and overhead canopy footprint • Full parking layout, drive aisles, on-site circulation roads and entry/exit points to the public right-of-way • Storm-water drainage layout, grading, and utility tie-ins • Property lines, easements, landscape buffers and any notes the jurisdiction mandates for gas stations Acceptance criteria 1. Drawings comply with current Georgia code and local ordinances. 2. Professional engineer or architect stamp valid in the State of Georgia. 3. Up to two minor revision cycles included after the first submission. Please indicate your license number and past experience with similar fuel-station or convenience-store projects. A first draft is needed within one week of award, with the final sealed set delivered no later than two weeks after.
