Web-based Digital Twin 3D Visualization

About the project
Hi Dear, I’m looking for a web-based 3D Digital Twin / interactive 3D visualization POC for a cloud-based BMS platform. The client already collects HVAC data through BACnet/IP, Modbus, MQTT and LoRaWAN, and exposes normalized data to northbound applications through REST API or MQTT. Initial POC: AHU We need a detailed AHU 3D model rendered inside a browser using Three.js/WebGL or an appropriate web 3D technology, preferably optimized GLB/GLTF. The model must be data-driven, not just a static 3D viewer. The BMS JSON contains: * Supply/return/mixed/outdoor air temperature * CHW supply/return temperature * Humidity, filter DP, duct static pressure, CO₂ * CHW/heating valve position % * Supply/return fan VFD speed * Outdoor/return/exhaust damper position * Fan ON/OFF status * VFD faults * Smoke/freeze/filter alarms * Fan start/stop and damper commands Required behaviour JSON values must dynamically control the 3D model. Examples: VFD speed → fan animation speed Valve % → valve position Damper % → damper angle Fan status → fan ON/OFF Alarm/fault → visual alarm state Temperature/pressure/humidity/CO₂ → live UI values For the POC, simulated JSON is sufficient, but the architecture should later support the client's REST API/MQTT. Reusability This must be designed as a reusable framework for: AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, VAV, VRF, STP and other HVAC/Energy/Water equipment. We want parameter-to-object/animation mapping to be configurable wherever practical rather than hard-coded for one AHU. POC deliverables 1. Browser-based interactive 3D AHU 2. GLB/GLTF support 3. JSON-driven parameter mapping 4. Dynamic values and animations 5. Fan, valve and damper movement 6. ON/OFF and alarm states 7. Basic BMS-style UI 8. Clean reusable code architecture 9. Documentation for extending the framework 10. Working demo ready for future API/MQTT integration The main validation is: JSON → Parameter Mapping → 3D Model → Dynamic Values/Animation Please provide: 1. Recommended technology/architecture 2. POC cost 3. Timeline 4. What you need from us 5. Examples of similar Digital Twin/IoT/real-time 3D projects Please quote the AHU POC separately first. If successful, this can become a larger recurring project covering multiple equipment and projects.
