3D Printable Pi LCD Enclosure
USD 30–250
About the project
I need a clean, rectangular enclosure model that I can drop straight into Bambu Studio and hit print. Inside, the housing must include accurate mounting bosses or standoffs for three elements: a 4" LCD, a GPS/9-axis sensor board, and a Raspberry Pi 4B. Please reference the official Raspberry Pi 4B and common 4" SPI LCD footprints so everything lines up without shimming. External requirements are simple: keep the overall shape rectangular and incorporate ventilation slots to help the Pi breathe; all other ports can stay sealed for now. Snap-fit or screw-together construction is fine as long as the lid can be removed without stressing the print. Deliverables • Ready-to-print 3MF or STL tailored for Bambu Lab printers • Source CAD file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) so I can tweak dimensions later • A quick drawing or screenshot that labels each internal mount and shows airflow path I’ll test-fit the first print and send feedback if anything needs nudging; once all three boards drop in smoothly and the lid closes flush, we’re done.
