Packaging Artwork Design for Dormez Pillows

About the project

We need print-ready packaging artwork for 4 pillow products, sold under the brand Dormez. Each box needs 3 panel designs: front, and two side panels. That's 12 final print files total. Box format: flat rectangular carton (not a standing box with a handle) — the front panel is the large top face, with two narrower edge panels on the sides. Exact box dimensions (already finalized, no guessing needed): Memory Foam Pillow: 24.5 × 16.5 × 5 in Latex Pillow: 24.5 × 16.5 × 5 in Contour Pillow: 24.25 × 15.25 × 5.25 in Cervical Pillow: 27 × 15.5 × 5.75 in Brand assets we'll provide: vector logo (SVG), brand color palette (navy #1B2A41, brass #B08D57, brass soft #C6A876, bone #F4F0E7), and typography (Fraunces for headings, Inter for body text). Content we'll provide: product feature bullets for each pillow type, brand tagline, and a rough layout reference showing the intended structure (logo placement, feature callouts, sizing options). Scope of work — the designer owns this end to end: Source or create all front-panel imagery (lifestyle photography, product photography, and/or photorealistic 3D renders of the pillows) — we have no existing usable photography, so this needs to be produced from scratch, at print resolution Full layout of all 3 panels per box (front + 2 sides), using the brand assets and content we provide Final files as print-ready CMYK, with bleed, at the exact panel dimensions above, 300 DPI minimum throughout, including the imagery itself Deliverables: 12 print-ready files (4 products × 3 panels) plus editable source files (AI/PSD/INDD), and the source imagery/renders used. Please share relevant packaging design experience (especially work that included photography or 3D rendering, not just layout), your approach to sourcing the imagery, and your estimated timeline and quote.
