Modern Living Bedroom 3D Design

About the project

My goal is to visualise a fresh, modern look for both my living rooms and bedrooms before I commit to purchasing furniture, paint, and finishes. I already know the overall style I want—clean-lined, modern interiors—so I need photorealistic 3D visuals that let me experiment confidently with layout and colour. Here’s what I need from you: a complete 3D model of each room that explores furniture placement and a cohesive colour scheme. The focus is on getting the flow of the space right first, then locking in wall colours, accent tones, and any statement pieces of furniture or rugs that bring the rooms together. Accurate scaling and lighting are important so I can judge proportions and ambience properly. Deliverables • Full 3D model files for the living room and bedroom (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) • At least three high-resolution rendered views per room, showing main angles and realistic lighting • A furniture layout plan with key dimensions called out • A concise colour palette reference with paint codes and material swatches Acceptance Criteria • Furniture fits the provided floor dimensions with clear circulation paths • Colour choices complement each other and suit a modern aesthetic • Renders look consistent with real-world lighting and material textures If this first project meets expectations, I have two more spaces waiting in the pipeline, so a smooth collaboration here could turn into an ongoing partnership.
