About the project
I’m ready to give my home a fresh, minimalist look that still celebrates bold, bright colour. I need complete concept‐to‐visualisation support for the following areas: • Living room • Bedroom • Kitchen • Washroom • Balcony The goal is to keep lines clean and clutter-free while injecting lively accents so each space feels both calm and energetic. Please guide furniture selection, finishes, lighting and décor that suit this balance. Deliverables I expect: 1. Mood board and colour palette illustrating how the bright tones will be layered into a minimalist backdrop. 2. Scaled floor plans in 2D (AutoCAD, SketchUp or comparable) showing furniture layout and circulation. 3. Photorealistic 3D renders for every room, including daylight and night-time lighting scenes. 4. Itemised specification sheet with furniture, fixtures, paint codes and décor recommendations that can be sourced locally or online. 5. One round of revisions after initial presentation to fine-tune details.
