About the project
I’m developing a new single-family home and want a comprehensive package that covers both the full architectural design and an integrated landscape plan. From concept sketches through to detailed construction drawings, I’m looking for a professional who can shape the entire vision: floor-plan layout, elevations, sections, 3D visualisations, materials specification, as well as a cohesive outdoor scheme that ties the house to its surroundings. Deliverables I expect • Full architectural set ready for permitting (plans, elevations, sections, schedules) • Photorealistic or diagrammatic 3D views to communicate spatial intent • Landscape plan showing hardscape, softscape, grading and key planting zones • A brief specification outlining materials and finishes for both building and site Acceptance criteria • Drawings provided in editable CAD (DWG) and PDF formats • All dimensions in metric, coordinated across sheets • Landscape plan aligns with local climate considerations and complements building massing • At least two revision rounds included after initial submission If you have recent single-family residential work that demonstrates similar scope—particularly projects where architecture and landscape have been handled together—please share it along with your proposal and estimated timeline.
