About the project
I’m preparing the build of a residential helical concrete staircase and need a structural design package that fully complies with the relevant Eurocode provisions. I already have the clear floor-to-floor heights, plan footprint and opening dimensions, so you can jump straight into modelling without waiting for site measurements. The concept calls for an elegant concrete helix with integrated lighting channels cast into the soffit and pre-provisioned fixing points for sleek metal handrails. Your work should confirm durability, fire and live-load criteria for a private dwelling and set out all reinforcement, cover and anchorage details to Eurocode 2, plus any companion parts that govern stairs. Stair must be in two or three parts to for installation purposes. Deliverables • 3D and 2D drawings ready for construction (DWG + PDF) • Bar bending schedule and material take-off • Calculation report stamped or clearly referenced to Eurocode clauses, include unit weights • Brief installation notes highlighting lighting conduit placement and handrail anchor positions I’m happy to provide CAD files of the space and any architectural references you need as soon as we start. You must provide evidence of similar designs as part of your bid - without this, your bid will NOT be considered.
