NFC Square Brick Design

About the project

I need a simple 3D CAD model designed for a small weighted desk block that will contain a hidden NFC sticker. This is a mechanical/enclosure design only. No electronics design is needed. ### Dimensions - Overall size: approximately 60 mm × 60 mm × 24 mm - Square shape with rounded corners - Corner radius: approximately 8–10 mm - Slightly softened/beveled exterior edges - Flat top and bottom ### Exterior - Clean, minimal design - Engraved/recessed text saying **BRICK** centered on the top - Bold, simple sans-serif font - Text approximately 25–30 mm wide - Engraving depth approximately 0.5–0.8 mm - Text should be recessed, not raised ### NFC Sticker Compartment A 25 mm diameter round NFC sticker will be placed inside the block. Requirements: - Circular recess on the inside of the top surface - Approximately 27 mm diameter - Approximately 0.5–0.7 mm deep - Centered underneath the BRICK text - Only approximately 1–1.5 mm of plastic between the NFC sticker and the exterior top surface - NFC sticker must sit flat - Center area behind the NFC sticker should remain free of metal ### Weight Compartments I want the finished object to feel heavy and stay firmly on a desk. - Include internal cavities for steel washers or other small metal weights - Weight cavities should be located toward the bottom and outer edges/corners - Keep metal away from the NFC sticker area - Target finished weight is approximately 120–160 g after weights are installed - Weight should be adjustable before final assembly ### Bottom - Separate removable bottom plate - Approximately 2 mm thick - Press-fit or snap-fit preferred - It can be designed to be glued permanently after assembly - Must allow access for installing the NFC sticker and weights - Include a shallow recessed area on the exterior bottom for a rubber/non-slip pad ### 3D Printing The model should be suitable for FDM 3D printing using PLA/PLA+. Please design with realistic print tolerances for the removable bottom piece. ### Deliverables Please provide: - STL files ready for 3D printing - STEP/STP file - Original/editable CAD file if possible - Separate files for the main body and bottom plate Please include your total price and estimated turnaround time in your proposal. This should be a fairly simple model. I am mainly looking for someone who can make it clean, dimensionally accurate, and easy to assemble.
