Simple Toy Bat 3D Sculpt
USD 30–250
About the project
I’m preparing a new toy bat for mass production and need a clean, manufacture-ready 3D sculpt. The final piece will be kept intentionally simple and smooth—no exaggerated skin texture or tiny surface accents—so that the tooling phase stays straightforward and cost-efficient. I already have the exact length, wingspan, and overall thickness worked out and will share a dimensioned sketch as soon as we start. What I need from you is a watertight model that respects those measurements, observes sensible wall thickness for injection moulding, and includes any minimal draft angles required for easy part release. Preferred output: STL as the master file, plus STEP or IGES for the engineering team. If you use ZBrush, Blender, Fusion 360, or a similar package, that’s perfect as long as the export is clean and free of non-manifold edges. Before sign-off I’ll do a quick test import into our mould design software, so a short revision window is helpful in case a tolerance tweak is needed. Let’s create a neat, production-ready bat that can fly straight into tooling.
