About the project
*PROJECT TITLE:* Precision Machine Bracket - Full Manufacturing Drawing Set + Student Tutorial *CATEGORY:* Engineering & Technical Drawing / AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Teaching *PROJECT DESCRIPTION:* *Client Challenge:* The client needed a production-ready drawing set for a custom L-bracket assembly for training first-year engineering students. The only reference was a rough isometric sketch with no dimensions or standards compliance. *My Solution:* I developed a complete professional drawing package in full compliance with *ISO 128 and BS 8888.* *What I Delivered:* 1. *2D Manufacturing Drawings:* Fully dimensioned Orthographic projections (1st Angle) with correct line weights, tolerances, GD&T, and title block. 2. *3D Model & Isometric View:* Parametric SolidWorks model for visualization and 3D printing. 3. *Sectional & Detail Views:* Cross-section to show internal fillets and mounting holes clearly. 4. *Instructional Package:* A 2-page step-by-step guide explaining _why_ I chose the projection method, how to read the dimensions, and 3 common mistakes students make. *Files Delivered:* PDF (Print-ready), DWG, DXF, SLDPRT/SLDDRW, and MP4 tutorial walkthrough. *Result:* The drawing was approved for workshop fabrication on first submission and is now used by the client as a teaching standard for their students. The student feedback was 100% clarity and easy to build from. *SKILLS & TOOLS:* AutoCAD | SolidWorks | ISO 128 | BS 8888 | ANSI | Orthographic & Isometric Projection | GD&T | Machine Drawing | Technical Instruction --- This one project alone proves you are both an *Engineer and a Teacher*. Upload it with 2-3 screenshots of a sample drawing. Want me to write you 2 more portfolio projects for Building Drawing and 2D to 3D Conversion?
