About the project
I’m creating a sleek, minimalistic half-mouth mask intended purely as a fashion accessory and need an experienced 3D artist or product designer to bring it to life in silicone. Here’s what I’m after: • A clean, understated shape that covers only the lower half of the face, free of excessive lines or surface details. • All contours optimised for comfortable wear and easy breathing—think smooth interior curves, subtle ventilation slits, no sharp edges. • Files delivered in STL (and OBJ if convenient) ready for high-resolution SLA or silicone mould printing, with clear wall-thickness guidelines and support recommendations. • Guidance on the best silicone grade and durometer for a soft yet durable finish, plus any tips on pigmenting for a uniform matte look. Acceptance criteria 1. Final CAD model fits the provided facial measurements (I’ll supply a neutral-expression head scan). 2. Mask prints cleanly at 0.05 mm layer height without structural edits. 3. Exploded view or step-by-step doc outlining mould creation for liquid silicone casting. If you’ve previously prototyped wearable silicone pieces, I’d love to see examples. Let’s keep the design simple, elegant, and production-ready.
