About the project
I have a complete 2 D floor-plan and now need to see the entire space brought to life in 3 D with a clean, modern aesthetic. The job covers every key area of the property—living room, kitchen, bedroom, washroom, lobby and the shared common room—so consistency of style and materials across rooms is important to me. You will start from my layout (DWG/PDF) and build an accurate model, apply realistic lighting, textures and furnishings that fit a contemporary look, then deliver high-resolution stills that clearly show each space. Native source files of the model should also be included so I can make future tweaks if needed. To help me choose quickly, let me know: • the software you prefer for modeling and rendering, • how many viewpoints per room you can provide, and • your estimated turnaround time. A short fly-through or 360° view would be a welcome extra, though not essential. Share a couple of recent modern interior renders with your reply and we can get started right away.
