About the project

I have a commercial building concept that now needs a fully-realised 3D elevation. The look I’m after blends modern lines with a few traditional touches, so the final design should feel contemporary yet timeless—think sleek materials paired with subtle classic detailing rather than a pure glass box or an ornate façade. You’ll receive my floor plans and rough massing sketches as soon as we start. From those, I need you to: • Build the exterior model in the software you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or a comparable tool—so long as the file can be exported for future edits. • Apply materials, lighting, and environmental context to bring the mixed aesthetic to life; daytime renders are essential, dusk views are a plus if time allows. • Deliver high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) from two or three key viewpoints along with the native project file. I’m flexible on façade elements such as balconies, green recesses, or larger glazing areas, so feel free to suggest what works best once you’ve seen the plans; I’ll provide quick feedback so we can lock the concept without a long revision cycle. When the visuals convincingly capture the hybrid style and align with my floor plan constraints, the job is done.
