About the project
I need a fresh, modern exterior elevation for my upcoming house project and I want it visualised in full 3D. The look should feel clean and current—think generous glazing, crisp lines and materials that highlight the architecture rather than ornament it. I will provide the floor plans and key dimensions as soon as we start; from there I would like you to develop the façade, refine proportions and model realistic lighting so I can see how the design reads at different times of day. The final package I expect includes: • Two high-resolution daytime renders and one night render from the most flattering angles • A short walkthrough or 360° view to capture volumes and material contrast • Source file of the 3D model so my architect can adjust details later Feel free to suggest material palettes or subtle façade variations if it helps the concept. Let me know how quickly you can turn the first draft around and what software you prefer to work in—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender or similar are all fine with me.
