About the project

I'm looking for a skilled BIM modeling expert to create LOD 400 drawings for a commercial building project. The focus will be on detailing MEP systems (Process gas sytems). Must be local to the Austin TX area Requirements: - Proficiency in BIM software - Experience with LOD 400 standards - Strong understanding of MEP systems - This project is stainless tube modeling only - Ability to work from provided digital plans/blueprints Ideal Skills & Experience: - Experience with Semiconductor Gas systems a plus - Background in commercial construction projects - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills for collaboration Please provide samples of similar work done.
